The brief:
As Covid-19 hit we needed to create a new way of working and connecting the leadership team with our sites, to make information, advice and access available. Communication within the business was ad hoc and needed to be planned
The delivery
Dave was instrumental in the development of how we communicated to our teams at such a tough time in our business, whilst working through the pandemic.
Working with the Covid Task Force, he was a meaningful addition to the operational structure of the team and provided clear communication and support, which has resulted in a forward plan as we emerge from a pandemic
The results
We now have a clear plan for how to communicate in our organisation and how we can make sure all our teams understand what is needed.
