About me…
I love working with forward-thinking companies who’re passionate about letting their colleagues know what’s happening in their business.
With over 20 years’ experience helping businesses and teams communicate in new and exciting ways, I’m motivated by the challenge of helping teams simplify how they communicate with their colleagues, and to build engagement & pride in where they work.
I’ve been there and got the t-shirt!
My background has always been in large national retailers, and I’ve also delivered results in other sectors including health care, financial services and telecommunications.
Over the years, I’ve helped to maximise engagement and inspire over 275,000 colleagues, to create a more engaged, happier and productive workforce.
I know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing businesses, to deliver and share key information with a workforce that’s spread far and wide.
I work alongside and help leaders master the art of great communication, so they can share their passion and visions in a simple, yet easy to understand way.
