Working in partnership with Spark Consultants, he quickly established our needs to land the change well, so the team understood our plans clearly, along with the reasons why it was happening.
He listened to our brief and succeeded in “getting” the business (including politics, context and different audiences) and helped build an engaging and creative communication plan to help deliver the key messages.

The change landed very well with all impacted teams understanding and engaging with the changes in the business.
