We needed to pull together a comprehensive internal communications strategy and approach to how we communicate to our teams, which was workable and easily adaptable.
The delivery
Working with Spark Consultants has helped the team understand how we should be communicating in our business. Not only that, the work they did around tone of voice has really helped define how our business speaks and has helped our writing style.Â
The results
David helped build a number of dashboards and proposals for the team, collated a calendar to work from, so we could communicate and promote activity across the business as well as looking at effective ways of communicating to measure reach etc.
