The delivery
Working in partnership with David, he quickly established our needs to land the change well, so the team understood our plans clearly, along with the reasons why it was happening.
He listened to our brief and succeeded in “getting” the business (including politics, context and different audiences) and helped to make everyone feel comfortable in the key messages and how to land them.
The results
The change landed well with all impacted teams understanding and accepting the changes to the business. This was backed up through engagement survey results and anecdotal feedback from over 1500 people impacted by the change.
